This 18ct white gold, diamond and ruby brooch is divine. A central old cut diamond is set either side with two gorgeous pink-red rubies, each with millegrain design. The bar and catch itself is beautifully crafted and adds a refinement typical of the finest design. Each stone is approximately 0.20ct.
