This beautiful antique smooth 18ct gold band is set with three beautiful natural old cut light blue sapphires.
Interspersed between these three sapphires are two natural old cut diamonds of approximately 5pts each.
The setting is an elongated oval boat shape with nice cut out gallery providing light to the underneath of the stones.
