This is a beautiful antique Victorian 15ct gold brooch in the Etruscan style set with a stunning 10 point deep claret-red ruby in the centre with nine small diamonds set in surround. The rich antique gold detailing is simply divine. The brooch is hallmarked for Birmingham 1899 and 15ct gold. To the rear, is a glazed locket to allow for a keepsake to be lovingly held. The original glass is present and in good condition. The pin is base metal. This would make quite a focal point as a brooch or as an awesome pendant. And, if you’re feeling generous, a wonderful gift! This piece comes with the antique box pictured.

ABOUT OUR JEWELLERY

This piece has been specifically selected by us, for you. We choose vintage and antique items which we think are beautiful, elegant and classic at a range of price points between £30 and £3,000. Generally, this means we only ever have one of each piece. We don’t select pieces which are “mass market” but rather items which are more individual. This means that once an item has been purchased, it really has gone. Each piece comes in an attractive jewellery presentation box.
