This a beautiful antique Victorian sterling silver bangle bracelet with fopiate detailing. It is a gorgeous piece of Victorian history manufactured in Birmingham, England.
The bangle is fully hallmarked for 1883 and the Birmingham assay office. It also has the maker’s mark for the Booth Brothers of Northampton Street in the jewellery quarter of Birmingham, England.
The bangle is in very good shape for a piece of jewellery over 130 years old. There are a few surface scratches but nothing especially noteworthy. Really it’s in lovely condition. We love Victorian sterling silver bangles and this is a cracker. Own a piece of history.
The bangle is 6.7cm across and 5.3cm deep. Ideally this would be worn on a 6” wrist but could be slightly larger or smaller
ABOUT OUR JEWELLERY
This piece has been specifically selected by us, for you. We choose vintage and antique items which we think are beautiful, elegant and classic at a range of price points between £30 and £3,000. Generally, this means we only ever have one of each piece. We don’t select pieces which are “mass market” but rather items which are more individual. This means that once an item has been purchased, it really has gone. Each piece comes in an attractive jewellery presentation box.
