This beautiful piece has a bright emerald-cut Colombian emerald in a bezel setting, surrounded by four bright, old cut diamonds in a quatrefoil configuration. The gemstones are mounted in a beautiful straw-coloured 18ct yellow gold band.
The emerald has a good saturation and has a nice transparency; there is some wear to the face of the stone in-keeping with its age. The diamonds are bright and fiery with irregular facets as is the case for old cut diamonds.
This is a real beauty and looks simply stunning - a real unique piece of craftsmanship and art, as well as lovely article of jewellery. The ring dates to the 1800s.

ABOUT OUR JEWELLERY
This piece has been specifically selected by us, for you. We choose vintage and antique items which we think are beautiful, elegant and classic at a range of price points between £30 and £3,000.
Generally, this means we only ever have one of each piece. We don’t select pieces which are “mass market” but rather items which are more individual. This means that once an item has been purchased, it really has gone.
Each piece comes in an attractive jewellery presentation box.
