This beautiful antique late Victorian 18ct gold band is set with three absolutely stunning natural old cut bright blue sapphires (the centre stone is 0.10ct and the two additional sapphires are approximately 0.05ct each). The sapphire colouring is excellent - high quality saturation, a vibrant bright hue and medium tone.
Interspersed between these three high quality sapphires are two natural old cut diamonds of approximately 2.5pts each. These are bright and have a nice fire to them.
The setting is an elongated oval boat shape with a fabulous cut out gallery and ribbed shoulders. The band is fully hallmarked for 18 carat gold, the Birmingham assay office and is date-marked for 1900.
Size P (UK) / 7.75 (US).
ABOUT OUR JEWELLERY
This piece has been specifically selected by us, for you. We choose vintage and antique items which we think are beautiful, elegant and classic at a range of price points between £30 and £3,000.
Generally, this means we only ever have one of each piece. We don’t select pieces which are “mass market” but rather items which are more individual. This means that once an item has been purchased, it really has gone.
Each piece comes in an attractive jewellery presentation box.
